A white gown adorned by a romantic white veil and a personal addition is always a good idea to keep it classy. Statement flowers on your hair or jewelry can complement the look in case you want to add something different.

A convertible dress: a lace long-sleeve top to wear over a strapless dress is a great idea that allows for more coverage during the ceremony and little more fun at the reception, or you can go for a sleek mermaid look once you remove a puffy skirt.  You will feel like you wore two dresses!

Tried and true fabrics for wedding dresses are chiffon, lace and silk, they always work beautifully.

Makeup, hair and nails matter. They complete your look and say a lot about your personality.  Try to stay away from trends and go for neutral tones for eyeshadow. Pick a lip color that complements your complexion more than the color on trend. Remember, it’s about looking amazing and being you!

Invest some money on your skin. Get facials every week for 4 weeks before your wedding day. This will make your skin radiant and luminous.  Deep exfoliation should be the first one so your skin gets to heal by the big day. After that, hydrate hydrate and hydrate that skin!

If you are going to whiten your teeth before the big day, do it at least 2 months out of the wedding date so your teeth are no longer sensitive.

Never underestimate the timelessness of the veil and family heirloom - jewelry, they possess classical beauty, they are an element of bridal fashion that they never will go out of style.

Wear comfortable shoes. Wear your favorite pumps for the ceremony, but don’t feel bad if you change your shoes for the reception, especially if you are going to dance all day/night. Everybody will remember the shoes you wore to walk down the isle, after that, focus on your comfort.

"A gown that provides more coverage and exposes less skin is equally as sexy and extremely elegant. Covering up with beautiful sheer sleeves is timeless and incredibly classic." —Tracy Taylor Ward

Accessorize with pieces that you would like to pass down to your daughter. Complement earrings and a necklace with a delicate headpiece. On your wedding day, less is more. Keep it simple and elegant.

Don’t forget about your other half! Sometimes we tend to focus too much on the bride and forget about the groom. Well, don’t! The day is just as important to him as it is to you. Make sure your groom's style matches yours. You are a couple and you need to look like you in this same tune.

The day before the wedding, try to stay away from processed carbs. Eat good protein, fruit and veggies. Your skin will reflect it.

Get a relaxing massage the night before and to go bed early. You need to be fresh and rested to enjoy every minute of the big day.
