Formal Dresses - Terms & Policies

ALL SALES ON FORMAL DRESSES ARE FINAL.

On an occasion where formal dresses are pre-ordered and not purchased, a store credit will be issued and only used to purchase another formal dress.

Online - Purchases Shipped

All merchandise must be inspected immediately. If there are any damages found, a request must be submitted to dms@lajolie-mln.com within 2 days of receipt. ALL REQUESTS AFTER THE 2nd DAY WILL BE DENIED.

A detailed description of damaged item must be included in your email, so that the item can be inspected.

REPLACEMENTS MUST BE THE SAME STYLE, COLOR AND SIZE AS THE RETURN.

All goods must be returned in the same manner in which it was received (i.e. on hanger, in plastic wrap and folded…)

Please note:
There is a $20 restocking fee for all for cocktail and formal dresses returned. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from returned item refund.
